We are launching a training series for Golf, Cricket, Tennis and more. If you are interested in being part of these or have any other suggestions please get in touch!
As is our way we will not take things too seriously, but if you ever wanted a bit of advice on how to get your ball up and down in fewer shots on the golf course, or wondered where you should be standing when returning serve in your doubles tennis match, we will have a few suggestions for you to mull over.
We will have advice from professionals and coaches as well as suggestions from amateurs who might happen to have a nugget of information here and there that could help you out.
In the meantime, we look forward to giving you the most straightforward suggestions for keeping in shape and/or delivering the best cheat day meals! Look out for those posts starting next month!
