Hannah Huesman is a mental skills coach with MLB organisation, the Philadelphia Phillies. As someone who works at the cutting edge of high-performance sport, in a relentless environment like professional baseball, we thought Hannah would have a unique take on a fascinating topic: the mental side of sport.
