The Sporting Blog Team

It takes a lot of people to keep the world’s best sports blog ticking over, and we owe everything to our writers.

Below are a few of our team (we have published over 100 writers) and links to their work on The Sporting Blog.

We also compile listicles and articles using a whole bunch of different writers on our books, many who do the research and then some who put the pieces together, including most of the list below!

Oli Harris - Founder

Oli founded The Sporting Blog in 2017, very much as something to while away the time at weekends. During 2020 he started taking it a bit more seriously and here we are today with millions of readers and a fast-growing YouTube channel. He has also written the odd piece!

Eleanor Jones - Content Manager

Eleanor joined us in 2022 and has been a vital part of the team ever since. Pretty much all of our content goes through Eleanor, who also runs her own blog, Not So Modern Girl.

Binoy Dash - Social Media Manager

The latest addition to our team is Binoy, who along with his team looks after much of the Sporting Blog’s social activity. Its time to take on our next challenge; the algorithms of Facebook and Pinterest!
