Hannah Huesman is a mental skills coach with MLB organisation, The Philadelphia Phillies.

As someone that works at the cutting edge of high-performance sport, in a relentless environment like professional baseball, we thought Hannah would have a unique take on a fascinating topic; the mental side of sport. Oli talks to the former softball star about a whole bunch of stuff which frankly could have gone on for hours!
